Prices and Policies

Orders are shipped via UPS or the U. S. Postal Service to the 48 continental United States only. Order submitted through this website cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Due to the nature of our business, Same Day Processing, Rush Orders, and Express Delivery are not available.

  • Delivery Times and Shipping Methods: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday (weekends and holidays excluded). Orders are shipped FOB Origin. Delivery times are determined by the shipment carrier based on the shipping method. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for standard delivery unless otherwise specified within a product listing. If you are ordering items for a special occasion or event, we recommend that you place your order at least 3 weeks in advance.

  • Extended Order Processing and Delivery Times: Large quantity orders and Personalized Favor Tag orders require up to 7 business days for processing. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of Personalized Favor Tags and large quantity orders. Personalized favor tags are shipped separetly from all other items.

  • Shipment Departure Locations and Multiple Deliveries: Southern Craftworks utilizes multiple fulfillment centers across the United States in order to provide prompt shipment of orders while offering competitive shipping prices. Products by Cathy's Concepts™ will be shipped directly from a Cathy's Concepts' fulfillment center. Therefore, if you order multiple items, your order may be delivered in multiple shipping cartons, by different carriers, and/or on different delivery dates. Personalized Favor Tags are shipped separately from the rest of your order and require up to 7 business days for processing. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of Personalized Favor Tags.

  • Non-Deliverable or Refused Packages: If a non-deliverable order is returned to us, we will contact you to schedule re-shipment and an additional freight fee will be charged. Refused shipments will be charged a 25% Re-Stocking Fee plus any additional freight fees incurred as a result.

  • Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices posted on our website are internet-only prices, and may not be the same as prices listed in our catalogs. We frequently offer internet-only sales on select products and shipping discounts for limited times, which may result in price variations. All orders are subject to a flat rate Shipping and Handling fee based on your Order Total. Tennessee residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax on the total order including shipping and handling.



Return Policy

  • All Sales Are Final (with exception to unopened, non-personalized wedding favors only): Due to the nature of our business in selling personalized products or products designed for single use(such as wedding accessories), we are unable to accept the return of any merchandise, with exception to non-personalized wedding favors only. All other sales are final. (See Our Guarantee and Wedding Favors Topics Below).

  • Non-Personalized Wedding Favors May Be Returned Unopened within 14 days (Except for Sale or Closeout Items): Personalized wedding favors cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized wedding favors purchase, you may return them for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days after delivery. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Non-personalized favors on Sale or Closeout at the time of purchase cannot be returned. Return items must be unopened, in their original packaging. Upon approval, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for full payment of return-shipping fees. If you wish to return unopend, non-personalized wedding favors, please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization.

  • Our Guarantee: Southern Craftworks™ guarantees all products to be free from manufacture defect. If you have received an item in your order that you believe to have manufacture defects, See Damaged/Defective Goods topic below.

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, it must be reported to Customer Service within 2 business days from the date of delivery. A Customer Service representative will provide you with instructions. Defective merchandise may be subject to inspection before approval of your claim. See (Returning Defective Merchandise topic below).

    Damaged Goods - Orders are shipped FOB Origin. Therefore customers are responsible for filing damaged goods claims with shipment carriers in the event that merchandise has been damaged during transit. Please contact Customer Service to report the damage within 2 business days after delivery, and a representative will provide you with instructions regarding how to proceed with your claim. Damaged merchandise may be subject to inspection by the shipment carrier and all claims are subject to approval. Do not discard any products, packing materials or shipping cartons unless you are instructed to do so. We are here to assist you if you have any questions.

    Returning Defective Merchandise - You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number from Customer Service prior to returning any merchandise. All personalized items are shipped directly to you from our engraver/printer/supplier. Upon reporting defective merchandise to Customer Service within 2 days after delivery, you may be required to return the merchandise for further inspection. A Customer Service representative will provide you with instructions regarding your claim. If we require that the defective merchandise be returned for inspection, a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a postage-paid Return Shipping Label will be sent to you or we may arrange for pick-up by the shipment carrier. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense. Items must be return-shipped in the original shipping carton(when possible) and must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided by Customer Service, in response to your Damaged/Defective Goods Claim.

    Replacement of Defective Goods - Upon approval of your Defective Goods Claim, an identical replacement will be delivered to you at no additional charge. Refund or exchange will not be permitted unless an identical replacement is not available.

Engraving, Printing or Personalization Errors

Additions, deletions, or modifications cannot be made to your order once it has been submitted. Please carefully review all personalizations prior to submitting your order. Items will be personalized exactly as you specify, provided your personalization request does not exceed the specified limitations and with exception to personalized initials and products that show specific personalization options as an example in a photo, in which case personalizations will be formatted as shown in the photo example. All personalized initials will be capitalized unless otherwise specified within the product description or shown by example in a photo, within the product listing. We are not responsible for customer error. If an error is made by our engraver/printer, please contact Customer Service to report the error within 2 business days from the date of delivery. We will send you an identical replacement with the correct personalization. Upon reporting an error, you may be required to return the merchandise for inspection and approval of your claim. If a return is necessary, Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refund or exchange will not be permitted unless an identical replacement is not available.
