Ordering Information

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or U.S. funds from your PayPal account.

    You will be given one of three payment options at checkout:

  1. Pay Online - Use Visa or Mastercard through our secure payment processor, Authorize.net.

  2. Pay Online - Use Discover, American Express, or PayPal Account through our secure payment processor, PayPal.
    You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay using your credit card

  3. Pay by Fax - Order online and fax your payment using your Visa or Mastercard. Select the Pay by Fax option during checkout. Payment Instructions will be provided on-screen upon order submission.

Online Payment Form/Checkout

  • Please provide your current email address when placing your order. You will receive an Order Confirmation receipt by email, and we may contact you by email to request additional information regarding your order, or to notify you of any out-of-stock items. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation receipt after submitting your order, please check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder to see if the email has been diverted there. Southern Craftworks does not rent or sell any personal information collected from customers. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Order Processing

  • Please carefully review all information before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
    Additions, deletions, or modifications cannot be made to your order once it has been submitted.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Select items require additional processing time.
    Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery unless otherwise specified within a product lising. Large quantity orders and personalized favor tag orders require additional processing time and may extend delivery by an additional week. If you are ordering items for a wedding or other special occasion, we recommend that you place your order at least 3 weeks in advance. Your order may arrive in separate shipping cartons and may be delivered in multiple shipments. Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx or the U. S. Postal Service to the 48 contiguous United States only. Due to the various shipping methods used, we cannot offer shipment to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. For shipment to these locations, international addresses, or for Rush Order/Expedited Shipping, shop at our Wedding Invitations and Stationery Store or our Wedding Accessory and Gift Shop.

  • Order Cancellations: Please carefully review all items in your shopping cart to ensure that you want to purchase them. Be sure to remove any unwanted items from your shopping cart before submitting your order. Orders usually begin processing upon receipt or once payment has cleared. An order cannot be canceled once it has begun processing. Sorry, No Exceptions. All Sales Are Final with exception to unopened, non-personalized wedding favors only. (See our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information).

  • Our Reserved Right to Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason. As part of our committment to quality service, we may need to contact you via email or phone for order verification purposes, to clarify received information, or to request additional information before processing your order. If we are unable to verify, clarify or obtain necessary information in a timely manner so that we may begin processing your order, the order will be subject to cancellation. Other reasons for order cancellations may include, but are not limited to: typographical error, incorrectly priced items, incorrect contact information submitted by the buyer, back-ordered or out-of-stock items, etc. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will make two attempts to contact you (the buyer), via email and/or phone, to notify you of the cancellation. A refund will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchase.

  • Personalized Items: Please place your orders at least 3-4 weeks prior to your special event date. Personalized items include custom printed items, engraved items, embroidered items, and items which offer a choice of color and/or design selections. Additions, deletions, or modifications cannot be made once an order has been submitted. This applies to personalizations as well. (See Engraved, Custom Printed, & Embroidered Items Topic Below)


Order Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. Orders submitted at SouthernCraftworks.com cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes, PMB, APO/ FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. For shipping to these locations, please shop at our other Personalized Gift and Wedding Accessory Store.


Sales Tax

All orders shipped to the state of Tennessee(USA) will be charged a 9.75% sales tax on the Order Total including shipping and handling.


Back Orders

If an item is out-of-stock at the time we receive your order, the item will be canceled from your order. Customer Service will send you an email notification regarding the out-of-stock item, and you will be given the option to proceed processing the remaining items in your order and receive a partial refund for the cost of the out-of-stock item(s); to substitute for a similar item (customer will be charged the price difference); or to cancel your order completely. You will need to place a new order at a later date if you wish to receive the back-ordered item(s) once stock becomes available.

Engraved, Custom Printed, & Embroidered Items

Please place orders at least 3-4 weeks prior to your special event date. We offer free engraving, custom printing, or embroidery on most items. For each product that can be personalized, the product listing will provide you with personalization options and character limitations. Some engravable items do not offer a selection of letter style options, but will be engraved in the letter style and format shown in the product photo. Most personalized gifts can accommodate names or titles, initials, dates, or a short message. Items will be personalized exactly as you specify, provided your personalization request does not exceed the specified limitations and with exception to personalized initials and products that show specific personalization options as an example in a photo, in which case personalizations will be formatted as shown in the photo example. All personalized initials will be capitalized unless otherwise specified within the product description or shown by example in a photo, within the product listing.
